Big O Tires

Went to "Big O" for some brake work. They checked it out and had me on the road quickly. The quality of the work seems to be very good. The price was great too. Will definitely be my first stop when I tire shop later thjis year.

Awesome service. Fast and efficient. I had a tire pressure indicator light come on, it's a used car I just bought 10 days ago. They checked all tires, found no nails or leaks. Reassured me tires were good. Said my brakes will need replacement soon. Very helpful!!! I will be back for the brake job soon.

I had my tires aligned but I was also checking to see if my car was alright after running over some debris on the road. It checked out fine twice. I feel that I'm in good hands with BIg O Tires. They take care of me.

I was there at opening for a simple valve stem replacement, the guys got me in and out and still made it to work on time that morning. Great customer service, will definitely be back for new tires for my pickup soon.

I'm a 5' tall girl and I get embarrassed when there is a problem that I can't physically take care of myself. The mechanics were patient with me, and respectful. I felt like I could trust what they were telling me without them trying to upsell me (which is the reason I never go to valvoline). I will definitely come back when I have other tire issues and I will recommend you guys to friends.

As always, I was treated with respect and informed about the condition of my car and what was needed. Service and sales were done by fully informing me of price and options for my vehicle. Take all my vehicles for general service here and plan to continue that.

John and the staff really helped me out and I appreciate them so much. I'm not from the area and was just driving thru on a mini break and had tire issues. Even though they close at 7 and I got there at like 645 they changed all tires and got me back in the road by 730. Amazing folks! Thanks for staying past your closing.

Nick and his team did an excellent job in diagnosing and then correcting my SUV's problem. Big O Tires on Lowry Lane in Lexington KY is definitely the "go to" automotive maintenance and repair store.

Customer service from everyone was excellent. Telephone customer was excellent. I clld a prior service before Big O....awful telephone. Big O answered questions and did not make me feel stupid. I had used NTB for years and when Big O bought them out, I have continued. I have been really impressed so far. The last couple of times have not been tires but mechanical work. This last time was Struts and shocks. The price is steep but I imagine it is competitive. Their mechanic was courteous. A couple of warning lights have appeared as a result of the work and I am hopeful they will take care of these with no problem.

I contacted the Big O Tire off Nicholasville Road in Lexington, KY when I had an emergency caused by a flat tire on my way to work. They were the only tire store open at the time. Jeff Warren, store manager answered my call. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained my options without any pressure and allowed me to make the decision to buy 4 new tires. They were fast and efficient. I was soon on my way to work. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Stopped by the store to have a tire repaired. Upon entering the store I was greeted by store staff they were friendly and professional and inquired how they could help me. While repairing my tire they checked on me and gave me updates as to when my car would be ready. Outstanding job by the store staff I was really impressed by their professionalism. I had been a long time customer with NTB and decided to remain with Big O Tires once it changed. This is the 2nd time I have visited the store. The guy who started my order told me it would be $33 for the oil change but when I went to pay the guy gave me a coupon and total was $16! I appreciated him doing that!

Needed a couple of tires so after researching a few places decided to give this place a try. Customer service was above and beyond, guys were so friendly and I'm definitely going to make this my go to place from now on. A++

Overall everything was favorable as to knowledge shared, friendliness, and prompt service. One thing I was not pleased over was that I was sold a tire guarantee that I had not asked for, nor was I informed it had been added to my bill without my knowledge or consent. I am at fault for not noticing same until I had left the store. Obviously I decided to keep the guarantee rather than return and dispute it, however I do not think it was professional or ethical.

My family and I were loaded up to go on a camping trip when we noticed a bolt in one of our big foot big o tires which we purchased the road hazard on. I called and talked to Nick we arrived and they took our truck back immediately and had us back on the road within 30 minuets! Best customer service!!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of everything!

Jeff greeted us and handled our tire issue quickly and called to let us know of the difficulty getting the tire off. Jeff and his staff fixed the problem without charging me an arm and a leg. We will definitely be returning for any future service or tire purchase!!
