Big O Tires

Very satisfied with all aspects of the service received. In the short run, I would have been more pleased had it not cost so much. However, my 18 year old Lexus had multiple problems and for the amount of work needed to be done, I was not surprised and the price. It was in line with what I had anticipated based on previous visits to other repair shops and the shop at the Lexus dealership. I've done business with this company before and will definitely go back in the future if the need arises again.

I am so impressed with this BIG O TIRES. I called before going but saw that it wasn't really necessary. The store has such great service and took 3 walk-ins on my short visit. I went in with a request for tire rotation and balance. Jeff Warren, the store manager said it could take up to 30 minutes then came back at 15 minutes and showed me a problem that I had with a bad CV Axle( they showed me the fluid leak and rotten cover). I have family in the business. I called him with my quote and he was highly impressed. They got the part, took old one off and installed in less than 1 and a half hours total! Not a stock part! Highly impressed! The waiting room is so comfortable and the other technicians are very sharp. Awesome service, incredible price and so speedy.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and customer service at this Big O location. These employees have been incredibly courteous, appear to know my name, my vehicle and treat me as if I'm their number one customer. From the free air in my tire, to advising me on whether or not I need new brake pads yet, helping me decide when to replace my tires based on wear...I always leave the store feeling like I've been helped, not "sold" a product I maybe didnt need.

I just had 4 Big O Legacy tires installed. Great tires that run smooth, and quite. Mike is one of the most helpful reps that you have. He's knowledgeable and takes the time to be sure that the tires that one needs are the best for the application. I applaud him!!

I just want to personally thank Justin Hiler for his kindness! Greatest customer service I've ever received before when having car related issues! I will be returning for tires in the future! I will also be recommending big o tires in Lowry lane to my friends! Thank you guys for the FAST and friendly service! You all are amazing!

I only needed one tire and an alignment. I called every major tire dealer in town and Big O was the only store that had my tire in stock. Not only that, but they had the best deal on an alignment, only $60 for a 1 year guaranteed alignment. I spoke with Justin Hiler. He had a great personality and was super nice. I brought my car in and about 35 minutes later the job was done. When it's time to get the full set of tires, you better believe I'm coming back here. I highly recommend them.

I am originally from Colorado and found that I had needed to purchase some new tires for my trip back home. When I came in I spoke with Justin Hiler. We had decided on a particular set of tires which he had given me a quote on, however, he did not have those in his store. He contacted his warehouse, confirmed they were in stock and placed a request for them to be sent to the store that day. It would be a 5 hour wait. I showed back up at the allotted time. Justin called the warehouse to see wnat the ETA would be. He came back to tell me that an error had occurred and the tires would not be available until Monday, three days later. Instead of making excuses as to why the tires didn't make it, he set out to find a solution to the problem. He apologized profusely for the error, even though he was NOT the one who made the error. Not more than 30 minutes later, I drove off with an upgraded set of tires for the original price I was quoted. He was professional, courteous and most importantly apologized for the inconvenience noting that my time is as important as theirs. This is a business that I will continue to frequent back home in Colorado due to this individual's actions. When back in Kentucky, if I need any type of service on my vehicle I will go back. Justin, thank you for not only the amazing service, but for no excuses.....just action. Exactly the way a GOOD business should be ran.

Friendly greeting, understood what I needed/wanted and was taken care of very quickly. My truck had the work required, got a friendly call to let me know my truck was finish and was checked out quickly. Work was done fast, truck was returned quickly and the service was very good, as always. Use this Big O for all my vehicles and will continue to do so.

The gentleman (Jeff Warren)that helped me was wonderful. He knew his products and was very helpful. I came in to get a tire plugged but when I'm ready to purchase new tires I will certainly shop at Big O!
