I’ve been a customer at BIG O for a while But this trip was the best so far. Everyone working was so friendly and helpful and they were able to give me new windshield wipers when they originally thought they might not be able to. I bragged to my entire family!

I have a small child and needed to get my vehicle serviced when I didn’t have him. I called and they did a same day appt. they were quick and efficient. Justin Hiler took care of the whole situation. He was very professional and knew a lot about the tires I was getting. Overall a great experience.

I had a nail in the sidewall of a tire I had purchased there less than a year prior. Brought it in without an appointment and left with a new tire in less than 30 minutes for only the cost of mounting and road hazard on the new tire.
