Big O Tires

The folks at Big O are nice and knowledgeable. They take good care of my truck.

Booked appointment on main web site and got confirmation emails but site did not have any recorded of my appointment and tires choice. Staff tried to find from local sites but no one had the Coopers 3 for 1 type for my wife's car. They did the same offer with similar tiers they had in stock.

Staff took care of us in short order and were very helpful in meeting our needs.

Needed a tire repaired on an atv. Had no appointment and, close to closing time. They did not hesitate to get me fixed up quickly!!

Steve was fabulous! Very professional and went out of his way to take care of us.

The People were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner. The only draw back was that the price was higher then the competitors, but I did not have time to waste running around from place to place.

I could not make it to my first appointment and they worked with me ,were very friendly and curtious. The cost of the oil change and new filter was less than i have paid at other places.

I had a blowout and was towed to Big O Tires in Litchfield. They did not have a tire in stock to fit my car. However, Randall would not rest until I was back on the road. He really went above and beyond. All the other employees were really friendly too.

I was greeted upon walking in and quickly helped. My new tire was installed and I was out the door in approximately ten minutes. Good experience and I recommend this store.

We did not have an appointment and they worked us. They explained my wheel alignment and changed and rotated my tires.

I was in a situation, and I needed a tire for my boat trailer and they had it in stock thankfully. The salesman was above all my expectations very accommodating.
