you were very busy and had some tough customers demanding service. your staff did an excellent job, especially when i told them i showed up without an appointment and was willing to wait. i thought so much of the service that i purchased 4 new tires that had to be ordered and i prepaid for them since you didnt carry my Denali's size and i didnt want to put you through that expense. i am going to drive from louisville to your store just to have those tires installed, because of the service i received.
