They special ordered my tires and received them the next day. As soon as they received them the tires were installed. I’ll be back for the front two very soon.

I had an emergency and I drove to Big O Tires while the air was gushing out. They had me in and out with a new tire in a reasonable length of time. Very friendly people there.

Exited Western Kentucky Parkway at Leitchfield with tire problem, googled tire services and drove to Big O. Despite being busy and near closing time, I received immediate service. As it turned out, no puncture, but very low pressure in two tires. After about 30 minutes of service and attention to possible problems, I was ready to go. The service bill came to, "No charge, we didn't do anything " responded the gentleman at the service desk. But, that wasn't accurate, as I explained to him, "You gave me great service, and better than that, I'm leaving with peace of mind."

Customer service was very courteous and knowledgeable. Wheel alignment was done timely and professionally. Thanks

Tire purchased originally at Big O developed a leak and needed to be inspected. The tire needed resealing of the bead. Work was done quickly on a Friday afternoon. Friendly, professional service at a reasonable price make me a satisfied happy customer.
