Big O Tires

I bought a new set of tires from big o in 2019 and I have had nothing but trouble out of them since I bought them, I've had to replace 2 of the tires within half a year and they told me another one was bad the last time I had them rotated. I will not recommend anyone buy tires from big o they don't stand behind the warranty of them. And I definitely won't be buying my next set there.. 50,000 mile tires should last longer than half a year. Unless they are bad tires when you buy them.

Went over and aboard to make sure I received a good deal and good service have always been treated very good at this Big O

Went in for a flat repair and alignment. After 2 hours I walked out. The next day on my way to work I noticed severe vibration coming from the steering wheel. I called to explain the issue and asked to come back in to get it checked. The next day i came in and was told there was a 45 min wait. I had other commitments to handle and came back after 40 minutes and was told about 45 min again. This is unacceptable to me, I already paid for my service and that service was not done correctly. This isn't the first time this happened, but I assure you this will be the last time.

It was easy and quick to get an appt for oil change and tire rotation. The checkout lady was very friendly and that's what I like.

Made an appointment three days ahead of time for oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change, and tire repair. Never once got a call confirming my appointment. Got there at my appointment time and dropped my vehicle off. They only repaired my tire and that was it. Never once called to tell me my truck was finished or anything. Very unsatisfied and will not be back again. Telling others of experience as well.

3 guys rotating one car tires and two talking with 5 cars waiting. oil change one guy bought tire. One car fix nail. Getting close to 2 hours now and still have two guys ahead. Got to be kidding me sure glad im retired and have time. Need tell us it take 3 to fours change one tire im just frustrated

Peggy is awesome. She knows my name and had known it since I moved out here a few years ago. On my second or third visit, she knew my name. It makes a difference. Please recognize her in some way. Leitchfield ky.

Sold me a three year road hazard warranty and refused to honor it. Crooks.

The service attendant at the counter quickly assessed the type of tire on my vehicle & checked the availability in the computer. The tires had to be ordered & arrived as promised. Service was fast & friendly.

Got sold dry rotted tires, poor service. Also with oil change had to add more oil. Asked to look at front. Supposedly no problem found, broke tirerod later on.

Friendly staff and it took no time at all.

I would write another review but they didn't put my first one online. I guess Doug powers didn't like my first one. so they pick and chose's the ones that say good things. that's fine, there are other ways to get the messages about how they over charge senior citizens .Hey Doug, your people said that you would call back. I guess they don't know you that well, or you know that you over charge people..

They had me in an out

I have a chevy work van that I am about to sell but befpre doing so there are a few things that needed to be done. New tires, check engine light, tire monitor service message. First stop was to Big O Tires in Leitchfield Ky. I asked about the tire monitor service message on my dash and was told that a sensor was faulty. I asked how it could be verified and I was told that it had to be scanned. I asked how do I go about that and he said that he could do it. I asked how much it was and I was told that it was no charge, so I asked if he could scan it for me. I was told that it would probably be a more in depth problem because when the message comes on it means that one or more of the sensors was bad. I asked about resetting them and he again said that the only reason that the message comes on id that one or more of the sensors was bad. I asked how much it would be to replace a sensor and I was told $100.00 per sensor and that it could be one or more of them. He then said that if he started to check it that I needed to be prepared to make the repairs because he would have to pull the tires off from the rims to check the sensors. I told him that I would get back with him on it. The last words that he said was "Its a lot of money for a light!" . I thought its not just a light its also a message and all 4 of my tire pressures read -- instead of the actual pressure. So I went to a big name superstore, which is right down the street, and asked them if they could check it and they said yes. they pushed a button on the dash and then went to each wheel with some kind of tool to reset each sensor and guess what? it fixed it! I no longer have the tire light, nor the service tire monitor system message and all four wheels display the tire pressure. It took less than 5 minutes to fix it. I went ahead and let them do all of the other work since they had it in the bay. I couldn't be happier with "big name superstore" and I am very disappointed with this Big O tire store. I have used Big O tires for years and this is the first store that I have been unhappy with.

It was really easy to get in and get out. Associates were friendly and very nice. I also appreciated them quoting me a set of tires. Will definitely be back in the future!

First off, after replacing my front two tires one of the workers scratched my rim, the manager did offer to have it painted but he decided to replace the whole rim instead. I do appreciate that, but when they changed out the rim I had to take my car to be looked at by the local dealer for a warranty recall I asked if they would look at the air pressure in my front tires because my gauge was registering 40 psi. So when the manager got done with my car he told me that Big O tires put too much air in my tire so he had to let some out due to it would eventually damage my tire. After I left there and drove home i noticed that my steering wheel was jerking and my husband stated that my tires could be out of balance. So we took it to Tinkers Station and he had the tires looked at to see if they were in balance and he stated that they were way out of balance so i had to spend $12.00 more dollars to have them re-balanced after spending $340.00 for the two tires. Needless to say i am not impressed or happy with Big O Tires.

They worked on my care quickly and showed me what they found that needed to be fixed now or at a later date

I have bought several sets of tires from big o with good luck however after this set I won't be back . They worn out in less than a year the tires had leaked since day one and to top it off they lost a lug nut and never put it back on. I can't say that I would recommend you to anyone, as with all good businesses this one has went down the drain.

I needed my tire on my lawn mower repaired and they fixed it n didn't charge me for it but they first put it on it was 7 dollars or so. I popped it off the rim n they took care of it right then n there that's zervice
