Lived in Leitchfield for 53 years always bought my tires there . Tommy has always done my work . He is one of best. always bought big o tires are they better then Michelin, my tires are euro

you completed the work in a timely fashion and also fixed another problem

My wife brought the car for an oil change. Your work was good but no one told her the car was ready. She sat there about 3 hours waiting. To your credit, a $20 credit was given on the oil change and a free change the next time. I have been satisfied with Big O Tires in Leitchfield, but this issue needs to be addressed.

I called Lisa and was told to come on in . I ended up having the oil changed on my van & truck.

Had a leak in my tire. Took it in to be fixed. They plugged the tire and patched the tube. They did a good job. It cost nearly $30.00 to fix which I thought was too high.

Good people been a customer for years

For an oil change & to check a tire we were there for an hour and a half. Couldn't believe how long it took.

The customer service from everyone was tops. I was in uniform and everyone thanked me for my military service.

They cracked my hub cap. Job was faster than expected.

I have used big o tires for over 30 years and will not used anyone else.

My car is a 2008 so she is a wee older. Not only did the door handle break while there (which no one informed me of when I picked it up) but there was grease all over my passenger seat as well. I know that things break but a heads up would have been nice.

There was no hassle getting the tires that I requested the only problem that I found was that I had to pay for all four tires wear as the coupon said by three three get one free I wound up and paid for for full tires but I did not argue the point with them because I was very satisfied with the service so I just went ahead and paid it

The senior staff that works at this location, ( Peggy, Johnny, Tommy and the gentleman who works with Tommy) are exceptional in giving me the best advice on any repair issues with my truck. They consistently go over and above to get me the best price for parts and repair times. However, I feel that this location is lacking in leadership, especially with the tire and lube guys. While waiting for my work to be completed, I have watched people working changing and rotating tires, constantly stop working to check their cell phones, my last oil change I watched one of the tire guys sat a battery tester on top of the master cylinder/hydro boost unit to read the gauges, greasy hand and finger prints on and around the hood and rims. I don't know about most folks, but I try and take care of what I got, and I consider it disrespectful to treat others property so poorly. When I mentioned this to the manager he seemed as if it was no big deal, also after being in the store for more than two hours, he didn't even know what type of service I had done, nor could he answer any questions about the work that he was gladly charging me for. I have learned that when I need service work done at the Leitchfield store to ALWAYS talk with either Peggy or Johnny. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share this feedback, I do appreciate the service I receive over all, Peggy is awesome to work with when I need tires or repairs.

I was appreciative that they got me in quickly when I had a flat. They changed out my flat for the donut and did not charge me, however, I was told my tire could not be plugged and when I got to another tire dealership that had a tire to purchase, they were able to repair the tire. It would have saved me time if Big O had fixed it to begin with.

They fixed my tire in about 3 minute's the valve stem was leaking so they popped a new one in and away i went . good n fast service

Big O refused to take my tire warranty from another shop. They were friendly and courteous.

Staff are very pleasant and cheerful I will be back this week for tires

I have done business with this store for 12 years. very satisfied until now. went In for a frontend alignment on my truck. was told I needed a idler arm. I was there for 1hr,10 minutes which was great. until I got the bill. They over charged me. they charged me $76.50 for putting on the idler arm which took about 15 minutes. the tech said on the work order it took 0.90.and 1.00 for the frontend alignment. that's 1.90 hrs. plus they charged me 3 times what a idler arm should have been. then they charged me $17.26 for shop supplies. Ask about this and was told, this and that. that's BS. called the store in Louisville and talk to a nice lady there and was told that Mr. powers would contact me on Wednesday . never happened. the way I set it is, they over charged me $76.76. I don't like it when a store like this takes advantage of people I will not be going back to this store for anything and a lot of my friends too.
