Lisa (co-manager) did an excellent job taking care of my golf cart tire replacement. A new tire was immediately available and installed quicker than expected. The technician (Joseph) did a great job evaluating my dry-rotted old tire and explaining to me why replacement of the tire was the only option.

Big-O in Leitchfield always does a great job on my vehicles. They are fast, courteous and make effort to keep your vehicle clean as they work. They also provide an excellent waiting area for customers.

Everybody is always friendly, they get me in and out as quick as they can, I know just about everybody there. Couple of them are my neighbors. I won't let no body but them work on my vehicle.

Well it’s like this the last time I was at that big O tires I was not happy with them at all I’ve got a bad history with them and when I walked in there after years of not being in there and dealt with the lady in charge that’s there now a total turn around a lot better store I will go back
