Steve and his crew are always pleasant and very helpful and informative. They provide awesome service and are knowledgeable in their field. I drive over 40 minutes to get my vehicle serviced here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought my tires at this Big O the manager there don’t know her name but she is always friendly with a smile any time I have any car issues I go here.

Great staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Had a spare tire exchanged and mounted on our Jeep in a short period of time, many thanks. Also was in a week earlier for an oil change and staff was fast and courteous. Great shop to have service your vehicle.

I only needed one tire the one I had on the vehicle got damaged and I needed to replace it with a brand new tire I placed the phone call the tire got ordered for me that day and they called me early the next morning and told me the tire I ordered was in as soon as I got there they got my vehicle run in the shop and got the tire changed everything was explained to me very thoroughly very happy with the service at this Litchfield big'o

Highly satisfied that the mechanics are completely honest about parts needed and not needed quite yet but will tell you around when they should be replaced. Appointment availability is great as well as quick walk in services.

I had a flat tire. I arrived to see if they could fix the tire. A nail was found and in an area that couldn’t be repaired. They took care of getting me a new tire and aired up my donut tire for me. The whole service took less than 45 minutes!

Entire team at the Leitchfield location was just eager to serve. My flat tire was repaired and the service tech even out my spare back under the truck for me. I was not expecting that level of service but I got it. The young lady that was the manager really cares about her team and serving the customers.
