I had oil change and rotate and balance. Basic work done in timely fashion. I’ve been doing business with this store for 30 years or so. 3 vehicles of my own and my company van. Always know me when I call or go in store. Alway helpful and friendly

While you didn't have the item we were looking for (boat trailer tires) the staff was helpful with where we may find them. We purchased tires but the place was unable to put on the rims. We returned to your store and the staff took care of us. We greatly appreciated their help.

Was fast and convienent did a great job i still feel a slight wobble and wished i could have had a paper with what was done and anything that i should know about but otherwise great work

Excellent service

The only thing I think they could have made better is to confirm what services they performed. I know I got my oil changed, but needed and asked to be road trip ready. Did they do that? I'm not sure.

Front desk was very helpful

We had always went to Elizabethtown Big O's. We found that the service & prices were far better in Leitchfield. after one trip there, we knew we would stay with Leitchfield Big o's. you cant beat their service!

Customer service rep was awesome

We had a blowout on our camper on the way to Rough River on Friday night and limped into the campground on the spare. Called Big O Saturday morning about replacement. They had what we needed in stock. Told them we would see them Monday morning when we pulled out. When we got there Monday, the service was great. The tires were changed quickly and they even did a rotation on our suburban tires. Price was excellent. The wait time was quick and we were back on the road with 4 new tires on the camper. It was definitely a smoother ride home. Thanks guys! You were great.

Great people.Done business with them for years

I went in for oil change, tire rotation/check on tires,check engine light was on, brakes were squeeking,& windshield wiper change. I love Peggy she is awesome! Once the work was complete I was suprised they did everything and said I only owed $39 for oil change......I thought for sure I would need tires and wipers but ok. Paid and left. As I was driving away it felt different, kind of tight in my steering wheel, got about 2 miles away and a couple of turns and realized that I had something wrong. So I called and Steve answered and told me to bring it right back. Once they took a look the mechanic (different one from earlier) said he just rotated the tires back to the way they were and that I had wear on two tires and would need new ones soon. To this I said well thats what I asked for them to check on when rotating the tires. I also asked if my wipers were checked, sure enough they had not been. Peggy jumped into action had two new tires placed on my care and wipers really quickly, seeing as how I had already been there for awhile. I know it wasn't a normal procedure for your mechanics to overlook those things however it happened but like I said Peggy took care of me. She even took care of my payment being reversed off my CC for the oil change so that all my charges could go to one bill and I could use my ACIMA account and only pay $53 rather than $92! Thank you for being available to all of us in Leitchfield!

They were able to patch my tire that has very low miles on it and were very fast and friendly.

Counter personnel was friendly and efficient, informative with estimated time before service could begin. Allowed me to accomplish a task before my vehicle needed to be on deck for servicing. Once vehicle was in the bay services were quickly done. Billing was equally as efficient.

Excellent job guys. I went in yesterday for an alignment and two used tires for my work truck and received pretty good treatment. The only complaint if I had one would be that I had to ask twice for used tires instead of new because the cashier lady was obviously pushing the new tires, which I understand. But in reality that doesn't even rate a complaint because she was doing her job so in that case I couldn't have asked for nicer more honest people to take care of my needs. Just remember....not everyone can afford new so as much effort and good treatment should go into selling used as well.

Just drove in with no appointment and was able to get tires rotated in an hour everyone was really nice
