Service on my vehicle went well! New Wheels and Tires mounted, balance and alignment was completed on a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500

When everyone walked out of the Leitchfield location my tires was not ordered nor was my appointment put in the book I drove 45 minutes to get there to find this out. So Doug pulled me to the side and explained everything to me and he made it right and personally ordered my tires and made sure I was satisfied. Good people and good service is hard to find. But Doug is a man of his word and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and family was taken care of and safe. I can't express how grateful I am thank you Doug.

I was told I would get my vehicle the same day. Something was wrong with the parts so they needed to keep it overnight. I told them how important it was for me to get my vehicle back and they had It done as soon as they got the past the following day. I am very pleased they listened to me and got my vehicle done! I am 70 years old and had a signal in my car that said I may be having a problem with tire pressure. I do not know how to check pressure on tires and pulled in and ask if they could check the pressure. They were glad to do it and a young man came out and checked. He was very nice. I had a skrew in my tire and he told me it was slow and I had time to take it to my dealor. I ask if they had time to fix and he said of course they would be glad to. Everyone was very nice.
