It was very nice making an appointment . I really need my vehicle and it is important to wait for it.My family and friend live out of town. I did not have to wait very long and they have a nice little lounge area. The staff and the mechanic were very nice. My mechanic explained to me about a sensor light problem I was having.

I have used Big Os services before and it’s closer to my house than Walmart. The service was good and quick enough cause I scheduled by appointment. Nobody told me the estimate price before hand or gave me any options to choose from for the oil that was used. The price of an oil change and tire rotation and balance is very high. I will likely find a cheaper place to service my car next time.

Walked in and asked if they could help me. They helped me immediately and clearly communicated to me what was wrong and fixed my car within minutes and so friendly and the price was perfectly priced (didn't over charge me)!!! Surpassed my expectations!!!
