Always get great service and now my car is running perfect.

William and Raymond are always super friendly! They always take the time to explain needed work to my understanding. I have to pre-plan service and maintenance costs and William took the extra time today to tell me when those are due and a guesstimated price. I always recommend this location of Big O to my friends because they are trustworthy and good at what they do.

Raymond did a great job getting everything set up for us.

Changed the oil, oil filter checked the fluids, tire rotation and brake inspection. Could not have been a better experience.

I had a concern with a tire that was under warranty. An associate Raymond told me what the concern was and had a replacement tire for me the same day. Two other associates a Chrystal and William also interacted with me. This let me know that I was a valued customer and if one associate was busy another may be free to assist me if I had any questions.

Everyone I talked to whether on the phone or in person was so kind. We added an oil change at the last minute and they were super gracious about it, didn't even give a hint that it might be an inconvenience. After identifying the issue with my car’s breaks they let us know that it may take longer than usual to finish the job as they had to get parts from Middletown but our car was done within an hour and a half of that conversation.
