The service was great

This location is the most friendly staff around. The night before I had stopped for air in my tire and it was determined that I had a screw in the tire. It was getting close to closing time, yet they jumped right in and fixed the tire without hesitation or complaining of the time. The next day I went back for the oil change and they promptly got me in and on my way. I never hear complaints and they always practice excellent manners in dealing with me. I have recommended them countless times.

I was greeted with a smile. The service was done quickly and the issue with my tire was explained clearly. I had a great experience and will continue to use this store for all my tire needs.

As usual, the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My problems were quickly resolved. Good value for the money. I will be back the next time either car needs servicing.

This Big O Store has been very consistent since they opened. Excellent Service and well managed store. Staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to help the customer. They always do excellent work. Technicians are well qualified. I've been a customer since they opened. Although I now live in another county it is worth the trip back! BEST STAFF. BEST SERVICE.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment online. I called after doing so to verify a service code. William was easily able to tell me what the code meant and verified it was what they already do for the oil changes. (It was inspection type stuff). Raymond called after inspecting and explained that we needed new front brakes and a cabin filter. He had the price ready to quote. We agreed to have the work done and offered to bring it back another day since I knew they were probably very busy. Raymond stated it was no problem and he would make sure all repairs needed were completed today.
