I have always had very positive experience at the Shelbyville, KY Big O tires. Have been taking my vehicles there for years.

Staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. They clearly explained everything and performed services quickly and completely.

Was At you store this Saturday for the 1st time A GENTLEMAN helped me Named William helped me out With all My needs.He was great he ran the show completely .. phone Shop Customers And helping Everyone . But The other person working didnt do anything Playing on there cell phone I was there for a hour and a half she just played on her phone . Maybe she be Retrained to help William out anyway Thanks for the fix and I will be back
