Big O Tires

I live and work near the Big O on Market Place Drive in Hillview, KY so I have taken my car here for about 11 years now. Missy, Tim and Greg are always so welcoming and they are great at listening to exactly what issues I'm having. My car is ready for me the same day. If there is an issue on a repair it's always fixed immediately. Couldn't ask for better people or service..

Every time I stop in for service, Missy, Tim and Greg welcome me as if I were family. They have my service done promptly and accurately and give my vehicles a hard look to ensure we find and correct any deficiencies quickly. They have a customer for life.

Knowing when I need anything done to my car, the care I can always count on, The Big O store in Hillview, KY. The Service desk to the techs are very respectful and make the customer feel welcome, and do a great job taking care of my needs.

This is a great place to take your auto. The front counter folks are great and the mechanics have always been spot with their diagnosis. I have (4) drivers in my family. Speed of service is good (considering the volume of customers that come through each time I am there.)

I used Big O tires last Saturday and they wouldn't stop working on my car until ir was 95% fixed and I was impressed that they wouldn't stop until it was done right I will always go to big o tire
