Big O Tires

Great place

I needed to have tires put on two loose wheels on a Saturday.I called Missy at the Big O in Hillview Ky location and she advised that she could fit me in. Took the wheels there and left them to have tires put on and balanced. They had them done in less then two hours and called me when they were ready,eventhough I did not purchase the tires from them they took care of me as if I did. I've used them several times from tires i have purchased and wheel alignment on my Kia. They are very personal and caring about their customer they serve here in the Hillview area. They treat you like old friends and family. I would recommend them and have to several of my family and friends. Its always a pleasure to have them take care of my tire and automotive needs.

I wanted a specific tire that they did not have in stock that morning, but after going to the warehouse, they were able to get me in and taken care. I was only there for an hour and 15 minutes!

This has become my go to automotive repair shop. I have used them to replace a thermostat, by tires, oil changes, plug a tire etc. They are always friendly, helpful, thankful for your patronage, and go that extra step before you leave to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I'm sold on them.

I went to Big O Tires because there was a nail in my tire. I got there when they were getting ready to close but they were able to fix the tire quickly. Very happy with the service.

I stopped in will a slow leak..they repaired my tire in record time while being extremely busy

They were really busy, but they got me in and out as quickly as they could. They did what was needed and didn't try to up sale me on anything. Very friendly. I will definitely go back.

I feel like Tim and his co-workers always provide excellent service for me whenever i need tires or some type of wok on my vehicles.

Brought in for alignment mechanic discovered ball joint in my installed control arm was defective. Not a problem with service a problem with part that I installed.
