Big O Tires

Have used Big O for years and like using them a lot. Tim is very good and always helpful with my car issues, however on this Saturday I brought my Mazda in to have brakes looked at and was told by Missy that they would call me with what they found and how much it would cost. After several hours and no call I decided to call Missy and ask status of my car. She said it needed front brakes and quoted me a price and ask if I wanted them to go ahead and I said yes. Missy said they would call me when it was ready. By the end of day and no call from Big O and they were getting ready to close i went up there and Tim said car has been ready and someone should have called. He said he was sorry for the confusion. Maybe it was just a really busy day for them because usually i get good service from Big O but on this occasion communication was lacking! Chris & Cathy

Horrible... Will never go there again!!! I bought all four new tires and in the process of having my tires removed Big O broke all four of my lug nut locks off. I had the lug nut key to have them removed in my trunk. To top it off i had to buy all four new lung nuts bc something they had broke and they broke one of the studs with out even telling me this had happen. My car was perfectly in alignment but after i brought my car to Big O now its pulling really bad on one side. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

I've been a customer at this Big O for several years and have always had great customer service. Even on their busiest days, they always find the time to take care of your needs or any questions you have. Honesty, treating you like family and just doing a great job overall is what has kept us coming back over the years. Thank you Missy, Tim, Josh and all of your staff for keeping my vehicles and trailers rolling safely :)

drove home found they had put tire on wrong side of car left damaged tire had to go back when i returned home noticed they had left grease hand prints all over wheels they did send a man out to clean and gave wife a coupon good for a free oil change. went back to purchase two new tires and use oil change coupon was told wait would be 45 minutes 3 hours later only had tires changed {once again dirty hand prints all over wheels} and no oil change asked for keys back and left .Going to put four new tires on my other car will go some place different very poor customer service

Always do a great job no matter what we have done!

Tire I've had issues keeping air I had to come back a 2nd time. Issue is supposed to be resolved but too soon to tell. I also asked to have the tires rotated but after got home realized they didn't. How did I know because I marked the tire with caulk so I knew where it went. It didn't change. :(

I received this email from big o to give an reviewI have never been to Big O. The thought that you all send out random emails for review pretty much voids the overall value of what you are trying to accomplish.

I received two new tires under the BIG-Oroad hazard tire warranty. No hassle or fuss.I thought the information of a sale to a customer was available to any other store in the USA in a computer base for BIGO.

The service was obviously poor since I've never had my car in this shop and I did not buy any tires!

i trust noone else but the people that work at this location. i have been going to this location for a little over 10 years and they have been nothing but great to me, and I have ALWAYS received excellent service.

Went in for oil change tire rotation and balance,tires were rotated and looked at bill they were not balanced went back next day and had them balanced,check tires when I got home and two of four original valve stem caps were missing checked tire pressure and tires were inflated to 45 pounds. Told them at the beginning to only inflate to 36 pounds,will never buy tires from them or get service at this store again.

Was there last week for oil change and tire rotation. Very quick and efficient Service

I'am very unhappy. I went in for a tuneup and I wasn't given factory wires. Car still didn't run right. Had to take my car back when I was then told I needed a new transmission. However was told to bring my car car back and they would put general motors factory wires in and I would only have to pay the difference, which is unreal. I then had my Car towed to performance transmission and had a new transmission put in. Now I'am back to needed new wires!!!!! I spent $454 at big o tires and I want my new wires!

Quick to get me in and fast service. Friendly staff and good techs

Had tires balanced and tirestore rotated, shook so bad at 50mph could not drive. Took and had them rebalanced and was shown that one tire was 3.50/2.50 and the others were within .75. Techs showed me that new weights weren't installed as the tires still had old ones on. Greg spoke with my wife in a very disrespectful way and they also reset my oil change indicater saying an oil change isn't required at stated recommendations as indicated. With that being said I will never go to that particular store again.

I choose my Big O tire store for service and maintenance over my dealer because I get expert service and great customer attention.Missy and the guys are 5+ stars in my book!

Every time I go there I am satisfied with the knowledge and expertise of everyone there.
