There was a wait but they offered me a ride home and called when the job was done.

They always do a great job changing and balancing tires. If they have any problem it is that they are so good that they are constantly busy which makes the waiting time longer.

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and standard services.Missy and Tim took great care of me and called me when my truck was ready.

I went to the store at closing time and had a nail in my tire. The service tech's asked if I would like to have them put on my spare or come back in the morning and they would get me right in. They stuck to their word and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great service Hillview Big O

In general, this is an outstanding team. Just two comments preventing this from being 5-starts across the board. 1. The paper floor mat on the driver's side was left in my truck. 2. The tech had written that my truck needed an air filter change. I was able to read upside down, but it wasn't mentioned during check out and not noted on my final bill.

Great people and Great Service. All the people that work at the Hillview store work very hard to do the right service at a correct price. I have been using Tim, store manager, for more than thirty years and I will keep using his store. The moment I walk in the store, there are smiles and a laugh by all because it is a reunion of old friends.

I just moved to this area of town, it was my 1st visit to the Hillview location so I can't give them 5 stars yet. I heard nothing but good things about this location while talking to several repeat customers while we waited. They fixed my problem and went above and beyond with their service. I will be back in the future for more automotive repairs. I do wish they gave Uber drivers discounts like their competitors.
