Big O Tires

I've been a customer at this Big O for several years and have always had great customer service. Even on their busiest days, they always find the time to take care of your needs or any questions you have. Honesty, treating you like family and just doing a great job overall is what has kept us coming back over the years. Thank you Missy, Tim, Josh and all of your staff for keeping my vehicles and trailers rolling safely :)

i trust noone else but the people that work at this location. i have been going to this location for a little over 10 years and they have been nothing but great to me, and I have ALWAYS received excellent service.

Always friendly staff, Missy at the front desk has always made us feel welcome.

Every time I go there I am satisfied with the knowledge and expertise of everyone there.

The only reason I would hesitate just a little to recommend is because this location is usually crowded and very noisy also coffee machine was turned off and no coffee for patrons, everything else was pretty good

SERVICE WAS GOOD AS USUAL BUT MY WIFE TOOK IT THERE AND PICKED IT UP AND WHEN SHE SHOWED ME THE BILL I SEEN THEY CHARGED FOR ROTATING TIRES . I THOUGHT ROTATION WAS NO CHARGE IF WE BOUGHT TIRES THERE
