Always had a great experience and customer service.They always treated me with respect and takes the time to tell keep me informed.

I went in the store with an idea of what I wanted since I bought a tire from you seven months ago. Since I had two new tires the fellow made sure my old tires were the ones I wanted to replace.

I was there last week for an oil change and tire rotation. They are ALWAYS courteous and helpful.

Patrick was very professional and really helped me out with my car. He went the extra mile to make sure I was driving a safe vehicle.

Had front brakes on both sides repaired. Fast service.

Great people and Great Service. All the people that work at the Hillview store work very hard to do the right service at a correct price. I have been using Tim, store manager, for more than thirty years and I will keep using his store. The moment I walk in the store, there are smiles and a laugh by all because it is a reunion of old friends.

We needed a puncture in the sidewall of our lawnmower tire repaired.We had been told that it couldn't be repaired and would have to purchase a new one.BUT this store said that they could repair it by putting a tube in the tire.It was quite reasonably priced.

I will only go to the Hillview Big O. I love the manager Tim and I truly trust him. They could not ask for better staff at this location they are all great. I love to go there and talk to Missy who works the desk.
