They gave me a detailed cost estimate in advance. I liked being able to make an appointment on line and the work was done sooner than expected. They even fixed a nail in a tire that I wasn't aware of.

The store was getting ready to close, but there was no hesitation in getting my car repaired. The tires were inspected thorougly and the back tire was even found to be in need of replacement. The tires were quickly replaced without incident. I was instructed to come back at a certain point for a balance/rotation. All of the staff were courteous and pleasant. Tires were reasonalbly priced. Had switched to another tire care location due to proximity to my house, but am happy I went back to BigO.

Great service, honest information, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That is a big seller for me with a business I go to. Don’t tell me I need something I don’t . I need to trust them.

Great service and the staff was very accomodating for what needed to be done for my vehicle. Needed to leave my car for an extra day and it was not an issue for them.

Steve was my service guy this trip and as usual he was great. The whole team at this location is professional, friendly and eager to give the best information, recommendations and service to me. I really appreciate this location.

Good customer service

I brought my vehicle in for slow leak in one tire and rotate tires. I was advised the leak I had was not able to be repaired. Steve did not try to upsell me as they only had touring tire in stock, which he advised he I did not need. He would have to order my tire as it was an off brand (I have a Kia) he advised me my tires had about 20,000 tread left and offered me a used tire with about 15,000 miles remaining. He assured me I would be safe and I could down the road decide on all new tires. I will certainly will be returning to Big O. Steve was courteous, knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. Great Service!
