I have two vehicles and keep up with the service on three others (daughter, son, and mother). The Big-O I take these vehicles to are diagnosed quickly and serviced correctly. I have confidence in the service writers and the technicians performing the work.

This BIG O has restored my confidence in BIG O;I started with a BIG O almost 60 years ago as a new driver! Have had mixed experiences thru the years but generally no worse than others; and with BIG O Service always encouraged me to align, balance, rotate, the lifeline of tire value. Sure I pay for that up front, but having done that I am more inclined to follow thru on a regular basis; when there has been any problem with failed tires, always a repair or replacement to my satisfaction.

Steve is a great guy and I think he treats me very well. We have two cars a boat and a camper. They have put tires on almost every one and will continue to do so.

Customer service

After being a long time Big O customer at another location, there was a change in management that had me looking for an alternative. The new site was very friendly, called me frequently with updates and had me ready to roll in less than a couple of hours.

I had a tear in the side wall of one of my new tires. Charlie and team examined the tire almost immediately.ans ordered a new one for me that was installed the next morning.

This place is fabulous. More than once these folks have helped me or my daughters out of a tight spot. Once I showed up right after closing hoping to get a flat tire fixed. I was welcomed, the bay was opened, and my tire was repaired and put back on the vehicle. Didn't matter I was a few minutes past closing time. Now that's what I call great service.

Been a customer of Steve Wallace’s for 20 years and there is no one better than Steve and his team. Mike took excellent care of us this week. I only trust these two individuals. They have to be the best in town hands-down!
