Quick and efficient, also they are really good about answering my questions about any car maintenance.

Biggest reason is they are always honest and don’t try to sell you stuff that you don’t need. So many other places make you feel like you’re being scammed because you wouldn’t know the difference if they were lying or not

I had an unusual, non mechanical problem, involving a metal sheet under the transmission which was bent and ready to fall off. The person at the service desk knew exactly what the problem and how to repair. Work was done within an hour at a very reasonable price and I was on my way.

The service reps at the front, are easy to deal with, always understand my issues, and take the time to fully explain to me what is going on and what to expect. They do an excellent job of keeping me informed during service, especially if I have to leave my car for several days, as was the case with this extensive service need. Big-O is always my go-to for service and auto needs.
