The staff at this location has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. They often go above and beyond to help.

Great service, but was saddened the employees at the front desk did not wear masks. It was as if they didn't care about the health of their patrons.

I’ve been using Big O in LaGrange for 13 years. I will not go anywhere else. The guys there (Robert, Josh, Kyle, etc) are all easy to work with, kind to me and my family and do a great job!

I was able to make an appointment in a short time. I was contacted quickly about the issues to be addressed. The job was completed earlier than expected.

They did an excellent job, both with the oil change and with putting on the new tires and making sure that alignment was good.

When I called to get tire pricing, the rep answered the phone right away and I was able to get pricing without a long hold time. I just carried in my tire but when I came to pick it up, they put it on for me and didn't charge me extra. Not to mention the price was the cheapest around, even with adding the road hazard.
