I was really pleased with the speedy service and the friendliness of the employees.

Excellent service and knowledge. Only problem: I wasn't aware at didn't have to wait for my credit card to come in the mail in order to schedule my service. I was approved for a credi line and waited 2 weeks with no card in the mail. I called on Friday, Oct 12 inquiring about when I would receive my card. They didn't tell me I could go ahead and have service without the card in hand. I received the card on Saturday, Oct 13. Called Monday, Oct 15 and took car in for new tires. I guess I'm just upset I wasn't offered the special that had just expired the day before, according to the clerk at the desk. Ended up spending well over $600. Just wish I would have been offered the special. Otherwise, very satisfied with service.
