Big O Tires

I always get great service at Hardinsburg Big O . That's the reason I always get my tires there I wouldn't go any where else

there is a time change between my house and Big O, I forgot, so I showed a hour early. I checked in and said I would be waiting in my truck. The manager said no problem the mechanic was on break but he would be right with me, two minutes later he was asking for my keys, love these people. Great crew, I'll be back.

I drive A LOT! Roughly 400 miles a week. I'm get my car serviced quite often so affordable maintenance is a must! I have been going to this location for years. Now, if that isn't proof of the quality service, I'm not sure what is! They do great work, have friendly and honest staff, and a very clean store! I highly recommend this Big O!!!

I luv the girl that works at front. She treats you like family she'll cut up with you and she really looks into meet your budget if you have a budget to work with. Jordan just a great person if it wasnt for her I probably wont be coming there to get my cars service.

They are good about letting me know if they see something else that is needed, but they do not pressure me.

I was running late, really busy at work. Didn’t have time to call ahead and just drove out there. Asked if they had time to change my tires before I had to leave town, 1.5 hrs. I received a text message about 45 minutes later saying my truck was ready for pickup.

This is why I go to Big O the service is always professional, on point clean , and the shop team knows they are doing ! I have servers other options and have used others in the past.. but I prefer Big O to handle all my tire needs !
