Price is super affordable. The quality of service is wonderful as well as the staff. Everyone seems very pleasant and knowledgeable. I checked in when they were really busy (poor timing on my part) and had a bit of a wait, but nothing unexpected, and we could see the staff working hard and communicating with other customers.

I had very little wait time. The service lady and tech were very nice and explained to me what I needed before I could get an alignment.

Jordan is amazing. Super knowledgeable and nice. I came in thinking I needed a new tire and they were able to fix my tire with a patch. Love that I wasn’t taken advantage of. Great place.

I want to give Big O Tires a 5 stars rating in Hardinsburg to Jordan Carter, Michael, Justin and Daniel. I had a bad tire on my motor home and was needing a new tire it was 1 hour before they were closing for the evening when I drove in. I was back on the road within 45 minutes with 2 new tires for the quote they gave me was so reasonable! I appreciate all their hard work in helping us get back on the road so quick and safe.
