Big O Tires

Unpleasant, drawn out and unproductive all come to mind first. I made a 10:00am appointment for brakes. The truck was pulled into bay at 12:00pm. Finished at 3:30pm. Finished...not fixed. Got home and tried to set the emergency brake...no brake. I live on a hill and the brake pedal was so spongy that it would stop but go to the floor if presure was held on the pedal. I immediately called and was given another appointment the next day at 9:00am. I had a brake lesson with a gentleman they called Medely I believe. In an extremely condecending way, I was informed by him that all Chevy's have brakes that are spongy and go to the floor if presure is held on them. I told him that I didn't come to him for a #%&$ing brake lesson and I have driven Chevy's all my life and I know a spongy brake pedal when I feel one. I followed up by telling him that he and I both know the pedal is spongy and needed to be bled. They were so busy they never worked on the truck but was given another appointment the next day at 7:00am. The third day I walked in and was directed to someone else by Medely and he proceeded to help a customer in line behind me..RUDE to say the least. After an hour or so the mechanic came out and was very nice...he apologized and told me the truck was fixed. He was very nice and apologitic, ss were everyone else I met except my buddy Medely. He is an self-serving overbearing liar, rude, know it all with somewhat of a chip on his shoulder and no sense of customer service. He obviously is in over his head running the shop when he looks a customer in the eye and thinks by saying there is no problem it will magically disappear.

had tires installed on a wednesday. took 2 hours due to only 1 person working in shop area.. truck shook bad after tire install and had to drive several days due to 12 hour schedule.. took back and had rebalanced and problem was taken care of.... took an hour and a half to get rebalanced.. not the most pleasant experience.. total of 2 trips and 3 and 1/2 hours to have done correctly..

Came for oil change. Mechanic test drove my corvette brought it back steam boiling from under hood. Said hose came off. Need clamp. Which turned into hose connected, which turned into hose. Then they filled it with water, in late November. I made them put in anti freeze they charged me 30 dollars per gallon at 2 gallons. They billed me 156 dollarsnext day I drove 15 miles and over heated. Added 1gallon antifreezeand was not full had no leaks. Why was mechanic driving my car any way for 32 dollar oil change. When I questioned Bob he said pay it or I call police and keep your car. My car had all-new hoses and a new radiator installed by dealer in Nashville and had just finished a 400 mile trip .another customer came I and told me he had just seen my car flying down the road. They are thrives with a business licnese .they should be shut down

The ladies that work at the a big O in hardinsburg have always been so sweet to me and kind and they always remember me when I come back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I think I was rip off Had 2 tires taken off and 2 put on and Balanced that I brought with me and took the old tires with me and Was Charged almost 49.00 dollars Rip off for sure never do business there again

Had a flat tire I thought probably needed to be replaced. But they checked it out and repaired it instead. Saved me money thanks.

I came in to get new tires and ended up getting talked into tire rods that I did NOT need. I am so disgusted by the way your employee scammed me. We have 3 vehicles and I can guarantee you that we will never set foot in your business again. Furthermore, I will make sure to tell my family and friends what happened to me and will recommend they find a better place for their vehicle needs. Your employee may have gotten you a few extra hundred dollars that day but lost you future business.

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their facility was very clean and easy to find. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Want to change my survey comment the mechanic told me what was wrong how ever I wanted a lube job on all ball joints and tie rods and paid for a lube so I went today and done the repaired he had mentioned and noticed none of the grease fittings had been touched they were still covers in road grim very dissatisfied with the work that was supposed to be carried out I will file a complaint with big o corporate and we buy all of our tires there no more

They got my truck right in, performed excellent job, and was very friendly. My daughter and I ate lunch in the lobby while waiting and lobby was very clean

They are very friendly when you walk in and most time the girl knows me so she ask the same and if there a problem they let me know right away a d the cost is no that high.
