Big O Tires

50$ to swap two tires already off car. Now tpms light on saying sensor fault in the one replaced that tech broke on dismount

The service man did not put my spare tire back under car after he put on new tire .i am 70 years old

They were very sufficient at installing tires and easy to work with and friendly.

Had to have oil drain plug replaced due to leak. Was not leaking prior to my last visit for oil change, I think the tech must have messed up the threads last time, but they charged me for it. Wasnt a lot of money, just thought that it was their responsibility to fix it for free.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My wait was minimal and they engaged in conversation when not occupied with other tasks and customers.

Fixed the tire, now the truck shakes really bad because they didn't put the weights back on tire. Thanks so much for the great work

the sales person was very helpful and made a good recommendation for the type of tires i needed, and they had them in stock. the service department had them installed very quickly and i was back on the road. Great job!

Terrible service. My cars tire pressure sensor light is still on.

Had my oil changed pn my car yesterday, there was greasy footprints all over my floor mat. Today had an appointment at 9 AM to get a muffler on our truck waited over an hour went back and they had me even touched it They said they were running behind, what good is it to make an appointment then!?

Stopped in to put air in my tire . employee offers to. Do it for me . he broke valve stem to my tpms. Manager got snobby with me said it was not their responsibility to fix it even though it was their employee that did it after arguing a few minutes they finally put a tpms in & said there was no warranty on it . ever since they did it my tpms light has been on. I dont think they programmed it to my computer. I dont even think it is working I am very unsatisfied with the whole experience & will never refer anyone to that store Manager was snobby acting & said it was my fault .

Purchase new tires this year!!! Big O Tires!!!! I have had to put air in them every two weeks!!! Two tires on the right ... I am not very happy about that .... However, we will see what happens if and when I go back to have them do something else to them for the THIRD time!!! I am really tired of running to an air hose somewhere to get air in my Big O Tires!!! Or use my AAA just to keep air in my tires!!! I'm a elderly old woman & do not have someone doing things for me... & it's all I can do to put air in my Big O Tires!! Now today I have two flat tires Big O Tires ... August 12th 2018 ... What do I do ??? Please come and fix my tires .. I am not able to do it myself .. I have been sick and home bound for three weeks!!!!

I purchased my tires from Big O Tires in Hardinsburg, KY on July 7, 2017, wrong size was put on so I returned the next day and correct size was ordered and installed on July 12, 2017. The tires had 3 year warranty and were 80,000 mile tires. AT NO TIME WAS I TOLD THAT IF YOU DID NOT ROTATE YOUR TIRES BY THEM EVERY 5,000 MILES THE WARRANTY WOULD BE VOID. Since I have had my tires rotated by this Big O but it would be 9 to 10 thousand miles. Yesterday I took vehicle in for rotation and received a call later that I needed new tires. After much discussion and only at 44,000 miles it was determined the warranty was void because I did not rotate them at 5,000 miles. I would like to add that these tires were 800.00 tires. I asked where in the warranty did it state that and they pointed to a red rubber stamp on the receipt that says "rotation at 5,000 miles". I think this is shady and a poor way to run a business. A separate paper signed by each and every customer stating they are AWARE that improper rotation voids the warranty. I will not purchase anymore tires from Big O like I have in the past 24 years, not to mention I have NEVER ran into this problem with Big O tires or customer service before. Are your tires cheaper made, although the price is still outrageous? The only justice I have with this experience is blasting this warning all over my Facebook for others to learn from this and reconsider their purchase with Big O Tires.
