The team at Big O is always willing to help. One of my new tires had a blow-out when I hit something. I got it in and they were always willing to fit me in and they were able to fix it. They are courteous even when you come in an emergency.

They fixed my tire and I was out the door in less than 30 mins

Customer service was okay. I had to wait until the mechanic came back because he wrote down that I needed brake work done. He did not show me the rotors that were damaged. They are not damaged FYI the car sits a lot and the rotors have some rust on them. I declined getting any other work done on the car other then the four hundred dollars in tires that I had installed. I was not offered any upgrades. Not a happy returning customer.

I was able to get an appointment the same day. Everyone was very friendly. The mechanics took the time to show to me mechanical issues that also needed repaired.
