I was visiting my sister in Hardinsburg and on the way up I thought my tires were acting funny so they recommended that I go to Big O since it was where they went. The price wasn’t communicated because I didn’t ask and they attempted but I told them that it was fine to do what they needed to. They rotated my tires and balanced them and then talked to me about my tires afterward. Service was great.

I have used this Big O for years, they treat me like a neighbor . I would not go any where else

I stopped in with a low tire and the staff were very thorough in taking it off, soaking it, putting it back on and airing it up. They got me out the door quickly so I could make it to work and didn't charge me anything. I made them a cake and dropped it off today because they were all so nice.
