They are very helpful great customer service and they let u know bout everything they are working on no surprises

I thought we needed to rotate the tires but the best tires we already on the front and the recommended not doing it. I appreciate not being charged for a service we didn’t need to do. We’ll need new tires before long, but this saved some money for now.

I was very impressed by the friendliness and the customer service. We had a dead battery while we were attending our son's graduation at Fort Knox and we were leery about finding someone reliable especially without an appointment. They were so kind and helpful. We were on our way in about an hour. As a side note, I was shocked by the cleanliness of the restroom. You don't see that in an auto repair shop.

The shop workers worked as a team, evident through the big window, and managed to get me 4 new tires and an alignment job within an hour! The speed and friendliness of the associates while dropping off a tire for a valve stem replacement, was off the charts. It took less than half an hour from drop off until it was done.

I've been visiting this place for over 15 years and the sales people are good but not that friendly except for the manager and the lady that do the sales.
