The office staff is great: kind and patient and adaptable to my time. The tires I needed were going to have to be ordered, but one of the gentlemen overheard and got on the phone to find them locally and got me in that day. Upon driving after my new tires were on, I felt a wobble, and came back in and greeted with the same kindness and attentiveness. They quickly resolved the issue and had me on my way. Superior service! Thanks so much!

Tire repair great job

I have used the Big O in Hardinsburg a few times (that is where i live) and was very disappointed but when I went into the one at Radcliff.. OH MY GOODNESS what a difference. The staff at the Radcliff store was so friendly. Found an issue with my tire light that the Hardinsburg store couldnt figure out (even tested my tire sensors) which was the fact My front tires were worn to the dangerous level and once we replaced the tires the issue with my tire light was resolved. I highly recommend the Radcliff Big O.. 5 stars!!!
