The staff was courteous and responded quickly to my need for fixing a flat tire and ordering a new set which was installed the very next day.

The staff is very professional! Communication was spot on and service was excellent and in a timely manner!

I thought we needed to rotate the tires but the best tires we already on the front and the recommended not doing it. I appreciate not being charged for a service we didn’t need to do. We’ll need new tires before long, but this saved some money for now.

Big O Tires I think you so very much I really think highly of this place. The service is great and fast. By me being a female they have never tried to get over on me,because of being a female. For this I have mad respect for this place. All the workers are courteous and nice. They make sure to answer any questions you may have without getting mad or frustrated.

Walked in and was helped immediately , workers put a smile on my face as we joked about my flat , made the situation feel not as bad . quick service and amazing prices

Very pleased with this Big O location. My brakes went out and it was close to closing time, but they found the problem, replaced a brake line and got me back on the road. Really appreciate their work.

Older gentleman didn't know how to input my coupon and he got frustrated so I offered to use my coupon another time but another employee came over and entered my coupon.

The speed and friendliness of the associates while dropping off a tire for a valve stem replacement, was off the charts. It took less than half an hour from drop off until it was done.
