The people is very friendly and nice to us

I was initially disappointed when I purchased 4 new Continental tires from this store on 16 or 17 October 2019 during the time the $70 rebate was advertised on TV regarding a purchase of 4 tires before November 3, including Continental tires, and the store made no mention of it. However, I do believe the on-line ad also stated it might not be offered at all locations, so I assume it was up to the discretion of the owner of this store. With my recent flat tire, I was also disappointed to learn that there was no warranty offered on my tires, such as road hazard. I was not told there was no warranty on the tires when I purchased them, but I guess it is incumbent upon the buyer to ask? When I had the recent flat tire, all my friends were saying there should have been some warranty offered when I purchased the 4 new tires. Now I have been informed the only warranty is if there is a recall on the tire or it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for a defect in workmanship. With all that said, the store has certainly made up for my disappointment by coming to the rescue when I had to order another new tire to replace one that was punctured too badly to repair. Before they could install the new tire, there was a problem with getting the spare tire off as it had been incorrectly installed by the roadside repair company dispatched thru my auto insurance company. That person damaged the studs that go with the regular tire instead of using the studs that came with the spare tire. The staff at this Big O location were extremely helpful in coming up with a solution to fix the problem so I could safely drive 57 miles to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to get new studs. They definitely were concerned for my safety, and I appreciate that very much, along with their ingenuity in getting the new tire mounted in a safe manner so that I could drive my vehicle.

Question 4 doesnt give a 1 best 5 worst scale or 5 best 1 worst. Everything was top notch from Karl to the driver dropping my wife off at work. Very professional.

Fast, friendly affordable I was satisfied

Came in to get oil changed and tires rotated after my car sat in a shop for 5 months with a transmission issue. I dropped my car off at big o and about 10 minutes later got a call about my tires being dry rotted and cracked. They were very concerned about my safety and gave me great quotes. They were done with my car in about an hour and half!

Clean store , friendly stall , and good price tires and service

Service was great. Disappointed that the price of an oil change is almost twice what I paid at another big-o. ($46 for synthetic oil change at another store). Probably will go elsewhere for oil change. Prices for tires is comparable and the service is great-so will come here again for tire issues. Thanks
