Big O Tires

Went in to have a trailer tire mounted - was required to get the tire out of the trunk of my car ( and put it back in when it was done), as I was on break from work I was dressed in office attire - would of been nice to have them do this as they are dressed for it. As I watched the tire changing process I noticed several of the employees standing around and/or working on customer vehicles in the work bays while smoking cigarettes. My tire was completed and placed back outside within 15 minutes however I waited 10 more before anyone told me it was done.

Been with these people for years treated always very professional and always explained the service they do and if they find something that is not Wright during service they will let me know right away never had any issues with there service

I purchased my tires at Big O less than a year ago. I was surprised & very disappointed that when I brought my car in with a leaking tire, I was charged $45 plus tax, so almost $50 to plug my tire that I purchased there. I was told the initial repair was $30 & $5 more for any additional plugs. I was also told I didn't purchase a repair warranty that I knew nothing about. I think it's ridiculous that I'd have to purchase a repair warranty to plug any of my tires that were bought there. A friend of mine just had one of her tires plugged at Swope Hyundai and wasn't charge anything, and she didn't even purchase her tires there. Im very disappointed by this and won't be using Big O for any future needs.

Put a lift on my car, which I informed the sales reps from the start. I was given a quote for tires and an alignment that was not honored by them. They called and said since the it takes longer to adjust the upper control arm that came with the kit, they would charge me 40 dollars more. I refused and they did not fully complete the job. When given a quote, I expect it to be honored.

Helped me through process of getting new tire and replacing it very quickly. Excellent service and very friendly staff

Came 30 min. Before they opened but made me wait until 4 customers were put ahead of me. Charged $30 to fix flat because they are not hooked up to national computer for road hazard.

Charged for an alignment. Didn't get it. Tires not put on properly. Used steel weights on my aluminum rims

I’ve bought tires here before, for a Dodge Ram I have needed tire again for my little car; sales ppl are awesome. No nonsense, no up selling you, you tell ‘em what you got to work with and they got services for your budget. 😊 Super pleased, staff is super friendly and welcoming. Truly a Big O for the ppl 😁😁😁

I was in for a oil change they said they put six quarts of oil in my car which hold five quarts of oil either they over filled my vehicle or they are dishonest and charged me for six quarts when they only used five quarts of oil

Called Big O, told me the wait time, I dropped off & went shopping. They called me sooner than wait time. Staff was very courteous and friendly. They explained the total price when I first arrived. They had the tires in stock that I wanted. No problems encountered at all. They did a excellent job providing service. I have 3 vehicles, so I will be back.

Need better customer service and pricing was ridiculous for 2 bolts to be put in. Older lady up there was rude.

My car is shaking bad

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. They toom their time to make sure all my questions and concerns were met with well thought out answers and that my car was safe to drive again.

The service was pretty bland, kind of short when she (Amanda perhaps?) was speaking with me, which is neither here nor there. Usually that doesn't bother me. The real issue came after I got two new tires from your company. I had a blowout 2 weeks later, and went to a Big O in Springfield, MO. They told me I didn't order the road hazard warranty so I was SOL and needed to just purchase another tire. I thought that was ridiculous, being as for one, I was told I was fine and ready to go at your location in Radcliff, but even aside from that, why was I not offered an additional warranty? I definitely would have paid. I always get my tires from Big O, if I am at home in Springfield, or if I visit family in Radcliff or E-town, so it surprised me that they would not offer something when in the past it has not been an issue. I called the Radcliff location and was told all I had was a warranty for rotation and balancing. I told her I wanted to know why I wasn't offered the hazard warranty, and she fumbled a bit, then told me the tires I picked just didn't have it as an option. For one, I didn't pick a specific tire, she did, and for two, again, why was that not disclosed to me when I bought them? I just spent hundreds of dollars with you to purchase two new tires, and then had to turn around and buy ANOTHER tire for over a hundred dollars because your "specialist" didn't tell me everything I needed to know. Had she told me that up front, I could have gone to the Elizabethtown location instead, to get tires that came with proper warranties. As it stands, this solidifies the fact that my family and I will never purchase tires through Big O ever again. We've been long-term customers that have always used your company, even when we lived in the Brandenburg area. This is ridiculous.

Big over priced tires should be there names found the same service for less than half of what they want One mile away from them and tirerack.com is less than the lower price place
