The brand of tire I wanted I had to wait for I needed tires now and to go with what they had in stock. But the service was fast and good otherwise.

I woke up to a flat tire. Karl and his team treated my walk-in appointment with professionalism and skill, getting me a new tire and back on the road in no time!

I came in specifically to buy tires and get a front end alignment after having called first to get an estimate for my car. The staff immediately greeted me. There were friendly and helpful. The entire process was relatively stress-free including the credit approval. We waited in the store and the car was ready when they said it would be. The only recommendation I have is for the store to be able to print the Acima Credit contract and receipt. For some reason, my phone would not open the link from Acima and I had to finish the contract over the phone without ever seeing a written copy.

I work across the street from the store at “Audio To Go” and I was in desperate need for new tires and I walked in the store and was immediately greeted with a smile. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and answered all questions. They were able to get my vehicle in and start working on it right away and they had the job completed within a couple hours. I will for sure be returning soon for other work to be done.

Been a customer for many years. Have never heard anything bad abou Big "O" and several has said big O is an honest company . Two front tire on PT Cruiser was leaking around rim. Hardin County Tires told me I needed new wheel s at $174.00 per wheel. Ithers told me the tires were dry rotted around rims and needed new tires.I was also told if they continue to leak that Big "O" could sand the rims and reseal for a lot cheaper than buying new wheels. so now I'm just waiting and see if they leak. I will need two back tires soon and my brakes checked. thank you

As soon as I walked through the door an associate recognized me, knew why I was there and handed her my keys and my vehicle was immediately pulled into a bay.

After my recent oil change,i smelled something burning off,under my hood.for two days.Also,they left the paper mat in vehicle but don't put sticker on windshield,for reminder/ miles of next oil change.

We called the Radcliff Ky office and was wanting to purchase a new set of tires, they didn’t have them but ordered them and they were there at 2:00. Had them finished within the hour. Carl is a great person to work with! We are very satisfied!!!

Although I bought two tires it would have been nice had they checked the tire pressure in the rear tires as well. It would have save me a trip to my other service facility on the next day as the pressure was low in the driver's side rear tire. Next time I advise you to be more thorough.
