I go there because I am treated properly and know the staff.

I had a friend pass away suddenly and I own 1965 mustang that he built. I wanted to drive the car to the funeral but it needed tires. carl at Big O in radcliff Kentucky didn’t have the tires I needed but he got them and installed them the same day. over and above in my book.

Second visit and it was a good experience

Vehicle repair, excellent. A lot less expensive than anticipated.

I received a Big O coupon in the mail. In big bold print inside one of the boxes says "10 $ off any service". I brought it in to apply toward an oil change service and employees quickly directed me to the fine print. Now we all have to deal with fine print fron time to time but the particularly egregious part of your coupon flyer is that the fine print directly contradicts and is the exact polar opposite of the large bold type print. (10$ off any service is the opposite of " oh no, that's only for brakes, read the fine print..") My point is this, the service was fine. I dont see your need to employ shady advertising tactics. 10$ off any brake service. Simple enough. If not for the mailer I would rate the overall experience excellent. I will leave the below information about fine print advertising. "The larger print used in conjunction with fine print by the merchant often has the effect of deceiving the consumer into believing the offer is more advantageous than it really is. This may satisfy a�legal technicality�which requires full disclosure of all (even unfavorable) terms or conditions, but does not specify the manner (size, typeface, coloring, etc.) of disclosure. There is strong evidence that suggests the fine print is not read by the majority of consumers."

Big O is the only location in Radcliff that carries size 14 tiers. It was a fast tier change and I was bad on the road again.

I trust the Radcliff office with doing a good job servicing my car and the friendliness of the staff is great. My only complaint is that my car smelled like smoke so bad. I had to leave the windows down when I got home to air it out and then had to spray odor neutralizer all over the interior.

Everything was explained to me to ensure that I received the serive that I needed.

Had balance and rotate done with a alignment. Now something is popping in my front end that didn't do that before the work was done.

The staff was friendly, and the work was done in a very timely manner.
