Big O Tires

Perfect customer service, I couldn't have received any better anywhere else, I tried, they gave me the info to make sure I got the right tire and got them delivered and put on very quickly. Great people working there. The prices were a little higher than a couple places I went but I will pay for the service I received and will continue to go back.

Called the Brandenburg ky location for tire prices ended up going to the Radcliff ky location because they were over $300 cheaper on the same tires than Brandenburg also fast and friendly service

Staff was friendly. I called in asking about getting 4tires for my Nitro was told I they didnt have any until Monday but gentelman on the phone said let me see if another location has them i will call you back. 3min later he calls me back and said come on in we will have tires here at 1030. The staff was wonferful.

The Big O in Radcliff ky has the most experienced employees I've ever encountered in any Big O stores. They are kind and curtious, they know what I wanted and handled it with ease.

The ease in making a appointment and dropping off the keys and the vehicle. The stafff was friendly. The vehicle was clean and ready when they said it would be.

The service was good but could have been great if my tires had been inflated to the proper level. So now I have to put air in them myself.

My husband and I thoroughly researched the best value for tires, and Big O out priced every other tire shop we called by a long shot! I went on a Saturday, and the service was super quick!
