Got my tires in and had them mounted and balanced on the same day.

The person who waited on us was very helpful and the questions i asked about oil changes and about when i threw a rod in my jeep if thst is caused by just not having oil and tge person i asked was very helpful in answering my question. The customer service was very helpful and polite. Will come there again.

Familiar staff and predictable service...Actually used to go there all the time but when I moved to E-town I started using Big O there until an ever revolving staff and a front man couldn't fix a problem and suggested I get a second opinion from somewhere else....Now I make the drive to Radcliff...Fixed right the first time....Any questions?
