I have always received excellent service at Big O in Radcliff and will continue to be a customer. When I need tires, alignment, or suspension repair they are the first and only ones I call.

Promptly met by professional and efficient staff. Minimal wait and service time along with information on condition of car and tires.

Was the fastest oil change and tire rotation i ever experienced. In fact it was soooo fast, I even wondered how they could have possibily changed the oil as well.

I was not offered anything, nor was anything mentioned, i.e. type/price of tires I preferred, current wear on brake pads, alignment, etc.. In the past, if there are any problems, or pending problems, I was advised. Also, I am usually advised of tires available, i.e. good/better/best. I asked, and was given a short/confusing answer, without clarification when I asked again, "those were the least inexpensive, its a good tire...". UPDATE: I sent the above comment before, but received a generic answer, so apparently I did not convey the message I wanted to. So I will try again, by moving the above check blocks to the left. FURTHER: I specifically asked for new valve stems, but yesterday discovered one of the valve stems had not been changed. Seems like the excellent service at Big O that has brought me back again and again over the years, has all but diminished.

I walked in the door and the service was highly satisfied I asked him a few questions told him what I needed. I was greeted like I was part of the family I took care of me very well and I was in and out within 30 minutes of getting four brand new tires put on.

Very pleased with the service provided and the respect I am shown every visit. I am always treated first class. I trust the staff to do right by me which is why I patronage the business for my car needs.
