We needed new tires and have used Big O for most of our auto needs for many years. I stopped after grocery shopping at which time the team members hurried to get me an estimate and see if what I needed was in stock so I could get home with my groceries. Once that was done, I returned and they mounted my tires without any wait and even put on a windshield wiper blade I had planned to put on myself but asked if they would do it for me as I had a fall and things were difficult for me. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

I've been using the radcliff big o tire store for years. Carl and his staff are awesome and I feel i get a good deal when I go there.
