Always long waits. Arrived at 830 still here at 1130 and still not done.

Please whatever you do , do not call up there and talk to Amber she is very rude!!! Interrupts when your speaking!!! Not to mention being told 260 plus tax for a brake job!!! Because wether or not you need knew rotors you have to get them!!! Ridiculous just a way to scam people out of money!!!

I used them the other day and they were the most friendly and courteous people ever. I would and have recommended other people to use them for all kinds of services.

Went to get four tires mounted and balanced was quoted $120 and then $150 plus $16 to get rid of the tires called the big O in Corydon turns out it's only $16 per wheel to have them mounted and balanced . Brandenburg big O is trying to cheat people out of money because they think they don't know what they are talking about. Make sure you call around before you go to this big O .

The service was excellent. Jacob is a excellent manager. He makes your experience a great one. I do want to say excellent job to one of the employees (you I'm sorry I'm bad with names) that has been there for a long time that knows his job.

AWFUL , TERRIBLE , BAD experience!!!!!! I watched them tear my whole muffler system off of my car when they got it stuck on a lift and then they rigged it back on and it fell off while I was going down the interstate and very nearly losing control of my car as the whole muffler system got caught up and ran over by my back wheels the next day and they nor the home office would not return my multiple attempts to contact them"�"� in my option via my experience your vehicle and family's safety could be at risk if you deal with Big"�O in Brandenburg"�"�

Walked in and bought a set of tires (4 tires) and was in and out within 1 hour and 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and time because I did not have an appointment.

Staff is very rude at front desk and tire mechanics are not knowledgeable about different wheels and how to use the correct fixture to not destroy your wheels. The manager thinks she is so smart but she does not know as much as she thinks she does when it comes to tired .would not recommend this store to anyone

We bought a used tire from Big O a couple of weeks ago and the service team was fair, friendly and competent.

Renee and staff always have a smiling face and are very friendly and helpful. Everyone works well together

I never thought I would have the good experience that I have had since doing business with Big O. New tires last year and a new battery last week. It really seems that they care about their customers. Not just making a sale. Thanks.

I had an issue with my brake fluid leaking. It got worse. Having problems with noise and braking issues. I was so thankful for Jacob getting the car in to fix it. Problem is fixed, no sounds,brakes great. Excellent work Brad. Thank you. You are one great mechanic that knows his job.. Thanks Big "O".
