Bought my new tires last year. Have been going back to have them balanced and rotated regularly. Service is great. Always a smile from the girls a the counter. They make you feel right at home.

I had a couple of issues, but it was made right. This will make me a repeat customer.

Technician did an outstanding job on my vehicle. He explained everything I needed to know about the alignment that was done. He went above and beyond his call of duty. Thank you!!

It took 1hour and 45 minutes to get 4tires Ana's oil change

HAD NEWER TIRES THAT WERE NOT WEARING GOOD AND HAD LOTS OF ROAD NOISE . REBECCA GAVE ME A GOOD REBATE FOR OLD TIRES AND TREATED ME VERY GOOD ON NEW TIRES . VERY PLEASED WITH NEW TIRES

I went to big o to purchase a battery. I thought someone would come out and check my battery out for me. I sit in my car and waited watching them bring cars in and out the doors for repairs. I had a 3 o'clock doctors appointment. I was there 1 hour before my appointment. I finally had to go in and ask if anyone was gonna get my battery or do I need to go else where. The asst. manager said well how long have you been here? I said 35 minutes. He said I will get someone to take care of it. Everyone was busy so he said I will look at it. He did not check my battery like I wanted he went got a new one put it in. I had called that day to get a price quote and make sure they had it in stock. I was told yes. But the price quote was $89.00. When I went to pay for it was $114.00. I said I had cLled was told it was in stock and the price quoted. She said well there's 2 here. I guess she had chafed me for the most expensive one. Verses the cheaper one. My point the asst. manager would have rather stand there and talk verses put the battery in and have a happy customer. There is another big o about 15 miles away where I have always got great service. I guess I need to drive 15 miles verses 1.

I used them last Friday and was treated well. When a part malfunctioned as they were replacing my tires, they replaced the part at no charge and gave me a transmission oil change at no charge for my time and for my son having to drive back from Owensboroon Monday.

Came in to get a tire mounted, check another tire that had been losing air and check on a noise my car was making. They found the problem, but the parts markup was astronomical. $150 more than the same part at Advance Auto just up the road. The quote they gave me for repairs was over $800. I left and took my car to an independent local mechanic shop had everything done that day for $300. I would only recommend big o for fixing flats. I won'the be back for even that, though.

Very satisfied with survive I received with tire replacement

This store backed my RV into the building and knocked the entire back end off, then refused to give me the owners phone number, they refused to give me the key to my vehicle, then an employee called my wife a bitch and told me to go fuck myself in the parking lot, then they called the police on me. I still haven't gotten the owners phone number. Everybody there needs to be fires. Don't ever take your vehicle to these people.

I used them the other day and they were the most friendly and courteous people ever. I would and have recommended other people to use them for all kinds of services.

Stripped 2 studs when checking brakes and I was told I needed brakes all around. Offered $10 coupon for that. Had someone attempt to repair what they did, made it worse. Big O initially said$180- to repair the stud. They replaced the rim as well without my permission and total charges are $354.54 and my car sits in their lot till I can afford to pay for it

The service was excellent. Jacob is a excellent manager. He makes your experience a great one. I do want to say excellent job to one of the employees (you I'm sorry I'm bad with names) that has been there for a long time that knows his job.

I have always used Big O Tires until now!! I receive a voucher from the state for assistance with car maintenance and Big O in Brandenburg tried to take complete advantage of my situation! They wanted to charge me $2900 in "repairs" that weren't necessary. I went in with a brake emergency and ended up having to have my car towed from Big O tires to another shop to get it fixed!! The other place fixed my car right up for only $420. BEWARE OF BIG O in BRANDENBURG. They just want your money!! Very unhappy.

Walked in and bought a set of tires (4 tires) and was in and out within 1 hour and 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and time because I did not have an appointment.

Okay, I have been coming to this store with average hit and miss repairs. I've paid for service several times more than what I was quoted and the engine llight would come on a few days after paying in one case over a thousand dollars for an engine tune up. My suv is there now, because it broke down a couple of hundred yards away and it was just convenient. It had been repaired two days ago, 5/5/17. How do I know this? Because I called ten minutes befor they closed to hear the Blond haired daughter of the owner tell me they were closed, then hand me off to an older gentilman that I had thought was outstanding. Boy was I suprised when he said oh your truck is fixed, they should have called you yesterday. Click, he hung up.

We bought a used tire from Big O a couple of weeks ago and the service team was fair, friendly and competent.

Had to ask for return of old tube. Was missing valve stem.

Renee and staff always have a smiling face and are very friendly and helpful. Everyone works well together
