Rebecca was a life saver. I didnt know what i was doin or needed. The tires on it were wrong sizes and cut down and she knew excatly how to fix them wout me having to change my car setup. My car is modified and drifter kit on it. She was so helpful and sincere that i will always take my car there along w the rest of my family. I recommend her for everyone i know. Rebecca knows her job very well and communicated w me in my where i understood. The warehouse sent the wrong tires and loaned me hers so i could work im a single mother. Rebecca will always be my go to and I'm really happy that i met her and let her take care of my car. Big O in Brandenburg will always have my business!!! Thank u

They got exactly what I want in a tire and very quickly.

I came in and got my car service and my tires rotated and balanced and they even did an alignment check for me. Everyone was very professional. There was a long wait period but the staff was very considerate and did the very best that anyone could do.

Fast friendly service, got me in at a moment's notice, four new tires and a front end allignment in an hour.

I buy Big O Tires for my auto and trailors. When I go to have my tires rotated and balanced, I do not want them to use the impact to tighten my lug nut's The reason being is I was putting brakes on my truck and came to a lot of the lug nut's extreamly tight. I had to use a cheater bar to get some off. I returned to the store to have 1 loosened by one of your men. He came to my truck with a strong arm about 3-4ft long and loosen the nut. He said there you go it wasn't that tight. I do not think customers carry a strong arm with them. I mentioned to him that the impacts tightened the lug nuts to tight. He said we use a torgue wrench on that. That's fine but when the men use the torgue wrench the lug nuts are all ready to tight. I watch the men use the torgue wrench. Not a one of them know how to use a torgue wrench right. When they use it, they do not take their time and slowly tighten the nuts, they slam the wrench hard and it clicks making them think they are torgued at the right setting. When I go to have my tires rotated and tell them not to use the air guns, I get a lot of dirty looks from them. I have to come back a lot of times because the truck rides ruff. I have no proof but I feel they are not balancing them correctly to get back at me. Just my opinion. I have thought about going to another tire dealer to purchase my next set which will be soon. It's not a Big O either.

The guy that worked on my car was awesome. He was the hardest working person ever and so friendly and courteous.

Went in for tire rotation. I was having a bouncing in the front end. They fixed the problem, however its back. I was told a weight had come off. I will have to take it back in.
