Big O Tires

Walked in and bought a set of tires (4 tires) and was in and out within 1 hour and 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and time because I did not have an appointment.

I had a very good experience at this location. I am pleased with the service I received and the time in which it took to complete.

We bought a used tire from Big O a couple of weeks ago and the service team was fair, friendly and competent.

Everyone was very polite and my vehicle was fixed fast.

I had an issue with my brake fluid leaking. It got worse. Having problems with noise and braking issues. I was so thankful for Jacob getting the car in to fix it. Rebecca was a life saver. I didnt know what i was doin or needed. The tires on it were wrong sizes and cut down and she knew excatly how to fix them wout me having to change my car setup. My car is modified and drifter kit on it. She was so helpful and sincere that i will always take my car there along w the rest of my family. I recommend her for everyone i know. Rebecca knows her job very well and communicated w me in my where i understood. The warehouse sent the wrong tires and loaned me hers so i could work im a single mother. Rebecca will always be my go to and I'm really happy that i met her and let her take care of my car. Big O in Brandenburg will always have my business!!! Thank u

It was great, I was in and out in no time seemed like it. The staff was very friendly, lots of smiles, very nice people in the Brandenburg ky Branch. I will buy all my tires from them, great place had my tires balanced and rotated.
