Big O Tires

The Brandenburg Big O Tires is my go to place when I need my vehicles serviced. The employees are always friendly and honest about what is needed on my vehicles, my Jeep is going to need tires in a few months and I will defiantly go to Big O in Brandenburg .

The staff at this Big O are always very friendly and try to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They know their stuff!!!!

I appreciate the fact that Big O has tractor tires in stock. When my tractor tire failed, it was Saturday near noon and I was pleased that Big O was able to get me a new tire and back to work before 1 o'clock!!

It is conveniently located in my neighborhood and the techs always perform good work. They will also point out potential wear issues on suspension and steering components and advise when service should be done.

Technician did an outstanding job on my vehicle. He explained everything I needed to know about the alignment that was done. He went above and beyond his call of duty. Thank you!!

The ladies behind the counter were nice and helped me get my truck in even though it was almost closing time because I had wires showing on my tire

HAD NEWER TIRES THAT WERE NOT WEARING GOOD AND HAD LOTS OF ROAD NOISE . REBECCA GAVE ME A GOOD REBATE FOR OLD TIRES AND TREATED ME VERY GOOD ON NEW TIRES . VERY PLEASED WITH NEW TIRES

The people are very nice and helpful. They do a very thorough job. If they find anything else wrong, they are quick to tell you.

I used them last Friday and was treated well. When a part malfunctioned as they were replacing my tires, they replaced the part at no charge and gave me a transmission oil change at no charge for my time and for my son having to drive back from Owensboroon Monday.
