Big O Tires

The Brandenburg Big O Tires is my go to place when I need my vehicles serviced. The employees are always friendly and honest about what is needed on my vehicles, my Jeep is going to need tires in a few months and I will defiantly go to Big O in Brandenburg .

I've always been satisfied with Big O. It's nice to have a location in my rural community.

I appreciate the fact that Big O has tractor tires in stock. When my tractor tire failed, it was Saturday near noon and I was pleased that Big O was able to get me a new tire and back to work before 1 o'clock!!

Bought my new tires last year. Have been going back to have them balanced and rotated regularly. Service is great. Always a smile from the girls a the counter. They make you feel right at home.

The experience taught me that trying to manage a tire replacement on my own, was a mistake. The staff at the dealership explained that I actually cost myself more in the long run, by trying to go with a cheaper specialty tire online, instead of going to Big O Tires to begin with. Turns out that I could have had an exact replacement from Big O cheaper than what so-called replacements online ended up costing me, after the installation of an inner tube to make the tire work on my riding lawnmower rim. Now I will be stuck with replacing the other rear tire due to the unadvertised difference in the tire profile as it with affect the level of the mower's cutting deck. Kudos to the staff at Big O Tires for not only explaining the error in my logic (very tactfully, might I add) but for making my "cheaper" alternative work. I'm a customer for Life now.

I used them last Friday and was treated well. When a part malfunctioned as they were replacing my tires, they replaced the part at no charge and gave me a transmission oil change at no charge for my time and for my son having to drive back from Owensboroon Monday.

The staff at this Big O are always very friendly and try to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They know their stuff!!!!

I have purchased tires and scheduled wheel alignments for all my vehicles at this Big O Tire location for over 30 years. It is conveniently located in my neighborhood and the techs always perform good work. They will also point out potential wear issues on suspension and steering components and advise when service should be done.
